For all those renting a drewlo apartment. I suggest buying a seperate thermostat and putting next to yours in the apartment. They keep increasing hydro prices and downgrading how much we are actually allowed to use. Btw, I've been running my heat at the max, which is 23° and the furnace turns on every 15min now. They implemented some sort of "energy saver" switch. Yet all I've seen is less heat and more hydro being used but again. Drewlo cares only for money, not the safety of others.
These 5 stars are for Rob and Dee. They run this place like clockwork. This is a beautiful place. Beautiful building. Great area, large units and friendly people. Yet without Rob and Dee it wouldn't be that way. They are the hardest working couple ever! The tiniest problem Rob is there. He actually responds ! Rob and Dee ran both buildings totally in sync while a new super was being found . Amazing. They honestly give it all they got. That's why the 5
18 months waiting for the peeling pop corn ceiling , yep popcorn ceiling from the end of the last century to be fixed in my kitchen. They are slow to repair but not to collect the rent. Dollar for dollar there are much better choices around, add that to the coming new transit hub construction and 2 more high rises on victoria and the neighborhood will be a dirty congested single lane mess for yrs to come. The work out room , and equipment are antiquated , the pool room smells musty at times and its always uncomfortably humid... read more
The superintendents at our building are amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and always there with a smile . Building is always clean and tidy ( thank you Rob & Dee. ) These folks care about their tenants and their well being. Thank you for all you do for us.
We have been here for 8 1/2 years , feels like home ,well maintained building with many friendly tenants, Rob & Deeann our superintendents are doing a great job!! They keep the building clean and are always available to listen and act on our concerns, my only concern would be the direct access to the park has been removed when the new fence went up, it's a beautiful fence but the direct access to the park was one of my reasons for living here.
