The superintendents at our building are amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and always there with a smile . Building is always clean and tidy ( thank you Rob & Dee. ) These folks care about their tenants and their well being. Thank you for all you do for us.
We have been here for 8 1/2 years , feels like home ,well maintained building with many friendly tenants, Rob & Deeann our superintendents are doing a great job!! They keep the building clean and are always available to listen and act on our concerns, my only concern would be the direct access to the park has been removed when the new fence went up, it's a beautiful fence but the direct access to the park was one of my reasons for living here. I live at 215 Victoria Street South. We have been without a building manager for the past 1 month. The managers, Rob and Dee from the 205 building have been looking after us and doing an exceptional job. We hope the new managers will be as attentive to our needs as Rob and Dee. I pay a huge amount for rent but I can tell you if it were not for the building managers we have in this building I would not stay here and continue to pay what I do. Rob and Deeann Van Luven keep this building so clean and respond immediately to any issues I've had. Most building managers do the bare minimum and I know that's normal but when paying this much I'd like a bit better.
