I've been living in Victoria Park since June and it's the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The complex is clean, the office staff is friendly, and maintenance is typically very quick to fix any issues you may find in your apartment. Additionally our pool area is absolutely beautiful and makes you feel like your on vacation when you're really just at home. If you're looking to move to the Orlando area, Victoria Park should definitely be an option you consider.
Lived here for a month now and I'm so happy we moved in! Nice quiet community, conveniently located, and everyone is incredibly friendly :)

My roommates and I have lived in Victoria Park for about 2 years now and we absolutely love it here. The staff is awesome and are always super helpful with any requests we have. The community is gated which makes us feel extra safe when coming in late at night or leaving early in the morning for work. We also really enjoy all of the amenities. We look forward to re-signing again this year!

I've lived here for 3 years and I have really enjoyed it! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The amenities are nice and pool is great. I wish the fitness center was more up to date and open 24 hours. Sometimes the maintenance team can be a little slow to respond but everything is always fixed. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!
I have resided at Victoria Park a little over 1 year. I researched properties that were close to my place of employment prior to moving to Florida. I must say, the property looks exactly like the photos! I love the staff and my "personal" leasing agent Erica. All of the staff are awesome and provide service with a smile.
I have been here for six months and absolutely love it. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. My favorite place here is the pool, nothing better than going out after work and laying in a hammock by the waterfall. #relaxing
