My first three months of living at Victoria Park have been nothing short of magical (even with a pandemic). The staff is super friendly, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and rent is quite affordable for the accommodations! I absolutely love the pool and look forward to many more months!

Very quiet and clean grounds. Friendly staff and quick maintenance. Close to Publix, Aldi, CVS, and many fast food locations. Relaxing pool & waterfall feature that blocks out nearby street noise. Multiple PokéStops and a Gym.

I just recently moved out of Victoria Park and I would highly recommend that you DON’T live here. There are holes in the bottom in the doorways so you will have bugs constantly. The ladies in the office are all nice until after you’ve moved in, then they couldn’t care less to help you. There are hidden move out fees and by the time you’ve paid your final rent and bills, even if you clean your apartment, the security deposit will be used for routine cleaning. This apartment complex is amazing and beautiful! Alex Spiders, Erica Slichter, and Priscilla Hildago made our move in and overall experience so easy and seamless. From the maintenance team to the office staff, if I give this group a higher rating, I totally would! The amenities are top notch and the price is unbeatable! I'm so glad my husband and I decided to move here!
Both of my daughters have lived in this apartment complex at different times. It’s so much more than just a complex, it’s a community! The manager and all office staff are kind and incredibly helpful. The grounds and amenities are beautiful and any maintenance issues have been handled immediately. A real gem!
I’ve lived here for 2 years . Great Place to Live. Overall positive experience, very helpful office staff. I enjoyed many birthday parties in the outdoor kitchen area and many relaxing days near the pool. I’m only moving because we purchased a home but otherwise I would of stayed . I also feel safe and enjoy the community activities like the food trucks and free food sometimes .
