Worst neighbor in tradition to live in. Only one without a gate, security guard, pool, or club house. And the landscape/grass cutting crew is embarrassing. Constantly making, and leaving messes for me to clean up after coming home from working an 8 hour day. This place is a joke. always has been
Dr Horton is greedy. If I could give them no stars I would. I have had issues with the HOA and they are trying to foreclose on my home without assisting me. Sonjya Pedretti is on the board and will not return my calls only wants me to refer to the lawyers. DR Horton should not be governing these HOA's as they do not care about residents. They put people in charge who care more about drinking than assisting the residents.
