Judging from other reviews of Dr. Moss I must have caught her on a bad day. I found her condescending and she even told me twice that now I am ready to go back to modeling and sounded quite cynical with those statements. No, I have never been a model, had a cyst removed from my face. She wanted to refer me to a OB-GYN for another skin issue. After receiving the disappointing news that my previous dermatologist was relocating and I needed a new one, I felt disheartened. In my search for a new dermatologist, I began receiving treatment from Dr. Moss at Vanguard Skin Specialists. While they had big shoes to fill, Dr. Moss and her team exceeded all of my expectations. They are timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their specialty
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Moss was very professional and knowledgable as nice and personable. She out me at ease prior to my procedure and informed me about all aspects. It did not hurt at all.
