was charger 45$ for a refill considering starting price for a full set is 50-55$. and they are extremely messy this is after trying to pick off most of the excess. they are ridiculously overpriced and unkind. the lady told me I didn’t understand and was very rude. also argued with a lady next to me that she had to pay another full price plus removal because they did not listen to what she wanted to do the first time. do not come here.
Went there today and my daughter’s felt very uncomfortable as some of the workers were staring at them non stop. I was charged $40 for 2 eyebrow waxes and $10 to take off two whole nails of an 11yr old. Ive given them several chances to do our eyebrows and they still don't listen when we tell them we don't want them trimmed and every time I have to go home and clean our eyebrows and shape them. Not worth what they charged and will not be going back. Very disappointed!!
I just received a half decent pedi and mani from a guy that worked at victoria Nail spa. I needed to get to work. He didn't assist me getting shoes on or offer a pair of disposable sandals. I smeared my nail, when he came out to look instead of a polite response, I was actually Hollered At in front of all customers in the shop. He was rude and irate.
