I've lived there for a number of years.The new owners of the complex are much more responsive are making constant improvements. The crappy laundry room has recently been renovated with new machines.. Cameras installed to make the place safer.. The management of the office response almost immediately.. Repairs are being done as quickly as possible.. For a 2 bedroom apartment you have to have4 thousand income to be qualified how is that affordable living when you look this complex up on the internet it says low income 30% of your income but when you call you have to make 4,000 omg it’s like the who ever is manger is making up their own rules
Been tryna reach the office since 2013 its 2023 the people in the office never pick up or respond or know how to communicate. It's like no one exists until you literally drive to the location and even then they don't like to get back to you. Seems like a scam at least let people know what's going on with their application. I know the same people don't still work there since 2013? But what happened to the app I put in? Idk but your application process is skeptical.
