I have had such bad experiences with chiropractors but Dr. Ken was so insightful and helpful, actually explaining my issues to me, giving me remedies and relief! I have seen a lot of acupuncturists as well, and Dong seriously tops them all, I have never had such positive results from each session. I met with Caroline yesterday for acupuncture and she truly went above and beyond. She sat me down for my consultation and was so engaged in listening to the struggles I was experiencing. She made me feel like such a priority, and even extended our time together so that she could offer me a TCM massage, and did cupping as well... needless to say, I am so thrilled to continue my healing at Remedy thanks to their lovely staff.
I Have always gone here and found it to be great however they have recently changed my mind. I threw my back out and am in need of an appointment as I am in quite a bit of pain. I booked for Friday then got a call saying my tech was sick.. So we rebooked for Monday. I call Monday to confirm and the reception made a booking error and booked me for a week away.
