I lived here for a year. The maintenance is slow and horrible at fixing things. I moved into a dirty apartment, paint on the carpets , grease above the counters, shower broken, no filter for the dyer. I emailed about children throwing rocks into the pool and vandalizing, nothing was done. The same group harassed me and called me names the next day at the pool , told me nothing can not be done because I couldn’t give a good description (there are cameras- probably staff kids why it wasn’t taken care of. Christopher and team were so great when we began searching for a place to move our sister down from up north. Friendly, listened to our needs/wants, and gave a real sense of community.
THE BEST STAFF EVER!!! This property has been well rounded & very attentive with any questions & or concerns me and my family has had within the duration we have been renting here!! I don’t expect any thing outside of pure professionalism when it comes to Amanda! She is very hands on in the community & ensures every aspect of expectation is met! My family feels safe & secure here! Updated Christopher and maintenance are very attentive and see to all our request and situations.
I have had a good experiences while living here. The office staff Amanda and Christopher are amazing and see to our concerns. Maintenance comes and completes all tasks.
