Anthony handled our AC emergency with real urgency. With a one-week-old baby in the house and temperatures headed into the 90s, the situation could have gotten serious fast. Christopher in the office was a pleasure! He answered all questions happily and made the process of applying quick and easy. Chloe was also very friendly and helpful.
I hate living here. The breezeway is always dirty. I’m paying extra for amenities but the hot tub doesn’t work neither does the car wash and the gate is broken every other week. To top it off the amount of maintenance request I’ve had to put in for AC is more than reasonable. SILVERFISH!!! Pest control is a joke. I have ring inside the house and it tracks pest control walked in and left after THREE MINUTES. I HAVE PROOF. I hate hate hate it here. Everyday I want to get on tik tok and drag this place on the internet.
I lived here for a year. The maintenance is slow and horrible at fixing things. I moved into a dirty apartment, paint on the carpets , grease above the counters, shower broken, no filter for the dyer. I emailed about children throwing rocks into the pool and vandalizing, nothing was done.
