I was very pleased with my visit!
Dr. Lai did a full thyroidectomy on me. She did a fantastic job on the actual surgery, and took time on several occasions to answer my questions. She honestly explained possible complications. She checked-in with me several times to follow-up. Couldn't have had a better experience with her!
I have referred several patients to Dr. Lai. Her expertise in thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal surgery is unparalleled. I highly recommend her. She is kind and empathetic with her patients. Great bedside manner. Very professional. She truly cares about her patients.
