Dr. Donaldson is phenomenal, she listens to your concerns, and take steps in providing the best care for you. She is fast pace in communicating of test results and prescriptions. I will highly recommend her to friends and family
Dr. Donaldson is great!!! And I truly like seeing her But communicating with her through other people has been very difficult. She has been trying to get prescription sent over to my pharmacy for a while now and my pharmacy has been trying to get faxes for the prescription over to her as well. Unfortunately, they have not been able to connect. When I called the office, I was told that several attempts have been made to send the script over to my pharmacy and they should’ve gotten them.
