Victoria came to me through a very close friend In the LA area where she sold 2 homes for him. I spoke to her on the phone am in northern Idaho and lost a son who has a home in Altadena Ca We spoke for about 20 minutes and knew she would do a great job which she did. Very personable good listener and has been in the Realestate Industy for many years. I live in Oregon and was appointed as the Trustee for an estate with residential property in Southern California. What a mess with squatters that needed to be evicted and then the home was trashed! Victoria handled the entire process. I never even saw the property in person. Victoria worked with the attorneys for the eviction, got the home cleaned up and ready for sale, and then sold the property within a week after listing it! She is wonderful and I highly recommend her.

Victoria Hill was referred to us. She is amazing and has been a rock for us. Sadly. After we sold our house quickly, my Dad got very sick and she was able to work with our schedule to find our perfect home. Our budget and wants weren’t adding up together but she really had us looking at everything we could afford. We did find a few homes we really liked and she fought for us to get the lowest price.
