I fled after 7 months of killing these. Management left it 3 weeks to treat in august and moldy too! I literally almost died. Mold poison is no joke. Calling customer care does nothing. Never met the shady manager Mae just emails from 10 different employees that have zero clue about rights / or proper management that dont return calls. Thanks for the inspection a month after we emergency moved. After losing a pet and all my recent dental work and my life.

Anything that needed taken care of from my walkthrough was actioned in a timely and efficient manner. Avenue Living takes care of their tenant's needs and ensures they are satisfied. It's nice for any concerns to be addressed in a professional and caring manner.

Building itself is nice and well maintained. It can be loud however depending on who lives above/beside you. There are quiet hours, but little done in terms of enforcement. Building manager/management is pretty poor. Very slow to respond to emails and have little regard for tenants. If you bring forward an issue, you'll end up dealing with it yourself. If you're a heavy sleeper and don't mind finding garbage at your back door, the price is alright. Otherwise, consider elsewhere.
