Usually, at that point, it’s simple, you discuss terms, meet up again, sign the lease and pay the deposit and rent. But I get an email after approval saying what was due and nothing else (deposit and prorated rent) before we even discuss terms. I said I need to see a lease before I pay a deposit. I was a tenant under Bobbie Witt and Victoria Equities for a year. Easily one of the most professional and responsive management companies I have dealt with. During our year lease we had our A/C unit break in the middle of summer and she had someone out to fix it the same day we reported it. Additionally had a leak happen in the roof due the condo's management failure to do routine maintenance. She fought with the condo's management nonstop until the issue was repaired.
