These guys helped us in a time of need! Went out of their way to insure the flooding has completely stopped in our basement, before they were onto their next job. Much appreciated!! And a special thanks to Matt, who was already working at a neighbors house, came over as soon he was able. And stopped the water from coming in!!!

We definitely do NOT recommend Victoria Drains. This company does not clean up after it performs work at a site. In late July Victoria Drains cleaned the drains at Roberts House but left a trail of pebbles/gravel and soot in the Roberts House parkade. When I asked the Victoria Drains employee if he was going to clean up the mess he left in the parkade, I thought he said he'd do it. It turns out he was really saying "you do it!' Terrible! Just heard from my close family friend have got so much problems with Victoria Drains. If you give service for 2 hours then you cant charge 2.5 hours of service. Thats not legit. Why you dont send report after service?
