Just heard from my close family friend have got so much problems with Victoria Drains. If you give service for 2 hours then you cant charge 2.5 hours of service. Thats not legit. Why you dont send report after service?
I recently hired Victoria Drain to clean a drain in my house because they seemed highly rated locally and I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the invoice they created was incorrect leading to confusion and frustration. When I tried to discuss this, Dave was extremely rude and unprofessional, which I found completely unacceptable as a customer. Can't say enough good things about this company. They came and helped us when another plumbing company did a really bad job of our sewage pipes. Victoria Drains were professional, knowledgeable and fixed the pipes once and for all, with as little digging as possible (there was still some, but a cipp liner enabled them to solve the problem without removing our porch stone.) Shawn was amazing as the lead for the work and Christine in the office kept us updated as we waited for permits and other city paperwork. Highly recommend... read more
