Victoria Cruz was the first doctor to actually listen to my concerns and helped with creating a plan to better myself. Other doctors at Valley Med ignored me and gave me the shrug off. Best of luck in your new adventures.
Had to wait an hour past appt before called in and another hour before provider came in. No problem as I’m retired and have no complaint about provider. It is my personal feeling that patients need longer times with their provider so they don’t get backed up. Appts need to be longer than 15 minutes or so.
Victoria Cruz is patient and attentive. She really takes her time to make sure she goes over all your concerns.
Professional knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice and listens to concerns. Explains all results of blood work and healthy ways to improve your health.
