I love coming here and the people are great
The hygienist, Elissa, was wonderful with my daughter. She was very kind and made sure my daughter was comfortable the whole time. She explained each step of the cleaning in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate the care and patience she showed—such a great experience!
Dr is great!! Staff is rude! They play around with appt times so THEY can have less work. Don’t care about ever answering phones. I guess because it’s considered “low income” care they feel like they can treat you like dirt because you have no other option. Would be great to have staff who actually care that someone has health issues and needs help instead of being rude constantly and acting like your inconveniencing them by requesting an appointment.
