I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from. I do online booking. Never had a problem. Always seen the doctor on time. Never waiting. Dr. Fu is a caring knowledgeable doctor.
The clinic and the pharmacy are fine. But Dr. Fu is inexperienced, with zero bed-side manner and treats his patients like he has something else to do and the patients are bothering him. Dr. Fu, you need to wake up and learn how to do your job. The other doctors before him were much better
Excellent experience with Dr. Fu. He provided a clear diagnosis, prescribed medication that worked right away, and most importantly, helped refer my parents to the right specialist without delay. His efficiency and professionalism truly made a difference.
Dr Fu is fine but the clinic has no respect for their patients. I booked an appointment for 3pm, arrived at 2:45, did the self checkin but I was never called in. When I asked the receptionist, she said my name wasn't there, so I was the last walk-in patient and I had to watch everyone cutting the line and being seen before me. That's next level gaslighting and an incredible lack of consideration and respect for their patients. Sorry, after years going there I'm not coming back. Not like they would care, anyway.
