My inducer motor went out, I know everyone is busy at this time of the year. Victoria Coal came out within a week and serviced my natural gas furnace (Carrier), diagnosed the issue and assisted with the repair. I spoke to several people (Mia, Andrew and I believe someone else when I called). Everyone was professional, friendly and dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommended. I will use them again. I am in Oak Bay, Victoria, BC
What a great company. I just had them install a gas liner and chimney cap. They were quick to respond with a visit and quote. When I booked them for service there wasn't a long wait. They did the job efficiently and the final charge was the same price as the quote. I really appreciate how competitive they were with their pricing. They did not try to overcharge. I will hire them again.
I recently used Victoria Coal and they were very responsive and helpful. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.
TLDR; Took advantage of family with newborn baby on Christmas Eve because they assumed landlord was paying the bill. This is a heartless company that refused to take ownership for the $1000 of unnecessary work caused by their incompetence. I've received nothing but great service from VCH. They came out same day (today) to address a recurring problem and had it taken care of in no time. I was a service manager for decades and I know how difficult service can be. Way to go everyone at VCH.
