They provide good communication and fantastic service. Very pleased.
My inducer motor went out, I know everyone is busy at this time of the year. Victoria Coal came out within a week and serviced my natural gas furnace (Carrier), diagnosed the issue and assisted with the repair. I spoke to several people (Mia, Andrew and I believe someone else when I called). Everyone was professional, friendly and dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommended. What a great company. I just had them install a gas liner and chimney cap. They were quick to respond with a visit and quote. When I booked them for service there wasn't a long wait. They did the job efficiently and the final charge was the same price as the quote. I really appreciate how competitive they were with their pricing. They did not try to overcharge. I will hire them again.
