I deal with Victoria Coal and Heating on a regular basis and it’s always a great experience. They are very honest, reliable and easy to deal with. It’s hard to find companies you can genuinely trust, and these guys are one of them. Always happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
Victoria Coal and Heating took great care of us. We had a plan to convert our oil heating to natural gas, but before we did it we ran out of oil (at Christmas). Vic Coal sent someone by to fill to what we needed until our natural gas install date. The price of the combi system and install was fair, and there were no unexpected costs (even though there was an unexpected moment in the install). Bruce patiently answered all my questions and he and his crew were very professional. Highly recommend.
Victoria Coal and Heating installed a new natural gas furnace and on demand hot water in our home. Their pricing was upfront, and fair. The service and install was professional and included removing and disposing of our old oil furnace and tank. They were punctual and updated us on the install date to coincide with our natural gas meter installation. I highly recommend Bruce and Victoria Coal and Heating for your heating needs and would use them again without hesitation.
