I was treated professionally snd obtained an excellent loan.
I have 870 credit score, high income, and $2M+ equity in my house. I wanted to refi $500K-loan; it's never too smart to hurry in paying it off and interest is 2.5%. Everyone would still make money on; it is not a $150K-loan that nobody wants to touch. After 2.5 months !!!!!!!!! and signed paperwork with the title company, it is not done. Would I go again with Mark? I think you know the answer. Hours wasted for nothing.
