I am very disappointed with the latest transaction with Victoria Builders. My current home was built (2012) using Victoria Builders (windows/garage doors). In 2019, I later purchased 8 impact windows (~$5K). In January 2026, I ordered two windows, which total came to $4.5K (installation/material) After installation there were no visible signs of any issues but five days later one of the windows had a crack/break completely across it.
