I made an appointment about 4 days in advance. I told them my garage door would not close so I needed to figure it out soon. Only window they had was on my bday Friday 2-4pm. Called at 320 cancelling, saying the couldn’t control the job times and wanted to schedule at least 10 days later. When door so bad I’m not comfortable leaving home unattended very long. I am very disappointed with the latest transaction with Victoria Builders. My current home was built (2012) using Victoria Builders (windows/garage doors). In 2019, I later purchased 8 impact windows (~$5K). In January 2026, I ordered two windows, which total came to $4.5K (installation/material) After installation there were no visible signs of any issues but five days later one of the windows had a crack/break completely across it.
