Words can never even come close to describing what this place means to me. It is supportive, it is inclusive, the trainers are very knowledgeable in what people can do to adapt exercise if needed and it's just an overall positive place. Highly recommend!
The class (as always) was just the right mix of challenging physically, supportive and encouraging.
