The class (as always) was just the right mix of challenging physically, supportive and encouraging.
Great gym! Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere! Knowledgeable coaches who create challenging and adaptable functional fitness classes. Always leave feeling good! Would highly recommend

Sue is a fantastic coach! She is organized, explains the exercises well, provides modifications if needed, and is always happy to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I highly recommend VBC! It’s a great community to be a part of.
