Wonderful gym great staff Awesome water aerobic classes!!!
Not writing this review specifically on the club but toward a rude ignorant and moody employee. Yesterday I ran into a snobby and rude employee with a British accent, absolutely degrading and selfish.
I went to use the pool and i was just throwing around a soft foam ball with my son and we were looking out for the other people using the pool and being mindful and then a staff member came up to us and told us “ You are not allowed throwing objects” and we were polite and stoped throwing the ball but the worker said that it was a rule even though the “Rule” was not posted on a sign. I am very unhappy with my visit. :(
A good gym with mostly new equipment, but far too warm and humid. Being drenched in sweat is not conducive to a good workout, at least not for me. The squash court is in desperate need of renovations, especially the water-damaged wood floor with large gaps. Also, why must gym users pay the full price that includes all facilities while pool users have the option of a cheaper pool-only pass?
Crowded, dirty and rude and unhelpful staff and hostile members who don't have basic human or gym etiquette. 0/10 do not recommend.
