Key features of being awesome: 1) People who actually answer the phone. 2) The people who answer the phone know what they are doing. 3) The people who answer the phone will try and help you instead of automatically sending a tech. 4) The techs they send to site will know what they are doing, are kind and polite, and are knowledgeable. Honestly I'm not sure I could ask for anything more. Great company.
