Our ac went out for the second time this summer, while under heat advisory. We called someone we’ve used before but couldn’t get a tech out. I called Victoria ac ltd and had two techs at my house within the hour. They showed up, confirmed it was what I thought it was. Fixed it, walked me through what they did AND showed me how to fix it next time. Louis Flores(I’m not sure who the other tech was) were great, and honest. Zachary Zook is possibly the worst project manager I’ve yet to come across. He has a true talent for not knowing what is happening onsite, not providing timelines of any kind, and avoiding all responsibility. I get he lives in Boerne and got a house there three years ago, as he won’t stop talking about it, but his lack of focus on the project itself is disgusting. Also refusing to take no for an answer about going on a date with him? Unacceptable. Entirely unprofessional.

Victoria Air was great to work with from start to finish. Abel, Logan, and Maried were on point. Clear proposal, stuck to the plan, and followed through without a hitch. Solid mechanical team I’d definitely work with again.
