Zachary Zook is possibly the worst project manager I’ve yet to come across. He has a true talent for not knowing what is happening onsite, not providing timelines of any kind, and avoiding all responsibility. I get he lives in Boerne and got a house there three years ago, as he won’t stop talking about it, but his lack of focus on the project itself is disgusting. Also refusing to take no for an answer about going on a date with him? Unacceptable. Entirely unprofessional.

Victoria Air was great to work with from start to finish. Abel, Logan, and Maried were on point. Clear proposal, stuck to the plan, and followed through without a hitch. Solid mechanical team I’d definitely work with again.

I hate to write this review, but I've used Victoria Air a few times over the year's and always felt great about the service until the last year, the latest concern is I called about a water leak in my system, I was very open with scheduling being it was last minute, Tech showed up explained what was going on and told me what he did, as well as state my lower drain pan needed replacement, I asked how much and he said someone would need to come look at it to do an estimate and he wasn't equipped to do so at the moment, 2 days ... read more
