Great company, to do business with, the receptionist and staff are very professional.
I hate to write this review, but I've used Victoria Air a few times over the year's and always felt great about the service until the last year, the latest concern is I called about a water leak in my system, I was very open with scheduling being it was last minute, Tech showed up explained what was going on and told me what he did, as well as state my lower drain pan needed replacement, I asked how much and he said someone would need to come look at it to do an estimate and he wasn't equipped to do so at the moment, 2 days ... read more
Got to me in pretty fast and told them what my problem was seemed to be fixed. later the next day same problem. I’ve been calling their office to see if they can send someone to come out and check it again. Pretty much getting the runaround on the phone “will call you later”.
I am absolutely thrilled with my recent experience with Victoria Air Conditioning! Their phone operator (Misty, I believe) was outstanding! She was professional, concise, polite, called me back promptly, and worked diligently to resolve my issue. The technicians were great too! Not only were both technicians knowledgeable and professional. They were also empathetic, courteous, and very respectful.
