Great group of people to work with. Abel, Logan & Maried gave a great proposal, did exactly what they said they would do, then really followed through! GREAT mechanical team!

Victoria Air was great to work with from start to finish. Abel, Logan, and Maried were on point. Clear proposal, stuck to the plan, and followed through without a hitch. Solid mechanical team I’d definitely work with again.

I hate to write this review, but I've used Victoria Air a few times over the year's and always felt great about the service until the last year, the latest concern is I called about a water leak in my system, I was very open with scheduling being it was last minute, Tech showed up explained what was going on and told me what he did, as well as state my lower drain pan needed replacement, I asked how much and he said someone would need to come look at it to do an estimate and he wasn't equipped to do so at the moment, 2 days ... read more

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent experience with Victoria Air Conditioning! Their phone operator (Misty, I believe) was outstanding! She was professional, concise, polite, called me back promptly, and worked diligently to resolve my issue. The technicians were great too! Not only were both technicians knowledgeable and professional. They were also empathetic, courteous, and very respectful. They fixed the internal part that got stuck (due to the recent power surge, in the neighborhood) and did so in a very timely mann... read more
