I LOVE Vicotria! The owner, Lilly, is so accommodating and has impeccable customer service. I went in earlier today for a shellac mani, and I think my tech missed a step because right after I took a shower, all of the polish started peeling off on my left hand, but mistakes happen, we are all human right? So I call the salon to tell them, and Lilly immediately asks me to return so she can fix it.
