Rarely, if ever, will you actually see the doctor. You are just a cash cow to him, in my opinion. Ask a hard question and you really will not ever see him. I feel like it is all about making money to Dr Melgen. Oh, and if you try to get a hold of someone at the office, you are better off driving up there, because it is a nightmare trying to talk to someone. This is a great place to go! You get in pretty fast. They will take good care of you.

Polite, caring, helpful
Dr. Melgen took time to listen to me and explained in detail what I had asked him about my treatment.
Dr. Melgen is very thorough and informative. The facility is excellent and the nurses are wonderful.
I totally appreciated him sitting down and looking me in eyes and give his honest opinion.
It took almost 2 Hours to draw blood, wait for results and speak to a doctor. I spent a total of 15 minutes speaking with staff and the rest of the time I was just waiting. I would prefer to come in for bloodwork and then go home and speak to doctor / PA by phone regarding results.
