Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Tried getting a hold of someone at the front desk to reschedule an appointment that was scheduled for the next day-no answer several times. Finally left a message informing them that I needed to reschedule. My therapist called me the next day while I was at work. I returned her phone call-again no answer, and still have not heard a word from this office. Received a 50 dollar cancellation bill in the mail though... I will never come back to this office as they really do not care ... read more
Cruz Clinic had AMAZING THERAPISTS (especially Susan D.-D.) that genuinely care about their patients and overall; their mental health services far surpassed my expectations!!!
