Victor has represented our rental property in Hoboken for the last 13 years. Always professional. Always proactive. I never had to remind him of lease renewals. He was incredibly helpful in helping me to set appropriate rents, and present our property in a good light. He has always quickly found good tenants, and provided documentation of a thorough review.
