Victor International is hands down the worst corporation for managing an HOA. After receiving an email stating that my Swim Club dues were delinquent and that I was being charged a late fee I reached out to inquire about the fees. I never intended to use the pool and was told by the previous owners that it was an optional service within the association since it wasn’t included in our yearly HOA fees.
