Victor replaced a 'job' a fake plumber did 2 weeks ago. Fake plumber charged me $225 for replacing 3' of pex. Still leaked after he left. Victor replaced approximately 20' along with fittings, etc. $525. On a Saturday. Excellent communication. Cleaned up everything. Definitely recommend. Fake plumber refunded all $$ 4 hours after Victor left.

Steer very clear. Not an honest broker. As the owner of a project, I have questions, so if a business owner doesn't like questions what are they hiding?

I would not recommend Victor Gazella if you need to work with email and documents he is unable to preform those tasks and becomes frustrated when asked to perform tasks such as filling out paperwork that is required for loan companies in our case. He shows up when he wants with little to no notice. During discussion Mr.Gazella became frustrated and cursed at my wife but when it came to speaking with me there was no attitude. His actions seem to be rooted in misogyny.

I came home from work to find a pipe spraying water everywhere in my basement it was about 730 or 8pm and I called and he came right over. Very polite and understood that things happen after 5pm. Thanks so much Will definitely use again.
