Favorite place to hate going. Let's face it, going to the dentist is not a fun experience, especially if you have a dental track record like I do. With that said, ever since I moved to Upstate NY in 2007, Dr. Lowenguth has made the dental experience as pain free and fun as one can in that field. As always I was very impressed with the service I received at my dental appointment yesterday. No waiting. Efficient & thorough cleaning & xrays by dental hygienist. Review by Dr. Lowenguth showed a problem with a filling which he corrected immediately. Office staff efficient & friendly. Another positive visit!
Susan noticed my mouth was very dry due to meds Iam taking and advise me what to do for it. That was very nice of her to do and I thanked her for it. As always I get great service from Dr Jeff and his staff.
Very Pleased I called yesterday because of a bad toothache and I couldn't get in anywhere quickly (New Years Day) . They were very quick to squeeze me into the schedule even though I had never even gone there. Clean, nice atmosphere, with very pleasant staff! Will definitely be starting to go here regularly!!

Dental appt. evaluation As always my experience was pleasant. Dr Lowenguth and staff are friendly,effecient and caring.I know I'm in good hands when I'm there because I always get an honest evaluation and the choice to make my decision.

I recently moved to RI and began going to a dentist who sends patients to many specialists to treat one tooth. I came back to visit in Victor and met with Dr. Lowenguth to discuss the options for my tooth. He can do everything my tooth needs without going to specialists. I am coming back from RI to be treated by Dr. Lowenguth for this tooth, and I hope to be able to find someone whose dental practice is similar to Victor Family Dentistry in RI. Highly recommend!
