Dr Victor is a wonderful person with great personality and great heart. He makes jokes a lot to comfort his patients, explains any problems one may have with simplicity. I am really happy for the few times we met and I am happy to call him a wonderful doctor. Dr Victor, I am going to miss you thank you for your service to me.
