Dr Jeff fixed me up the very next day on a busy Monday. Yes, I was in the chair for 3.5 hours but I can smile again!! PS- it wasn't his crown that broke.
I can't say enough good things about VFD. The staff is friendly and kind. I saw Dr. Lowenguth a week after going to a (useless) urgent care clinic. He was able to diagnose my problem within 5 secs of looking at my mouth. The next day, when my pain was much worse because I didn't take his advice on treatment, he took me in for an emergency root canal. Given somewhat of an emergency… A cap Needing to be reset… I was squeezed in the following day ... And on my way in less than 24 hours After the mishap . Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my much anticipated breakfast following the visit due to the fact that my taste buds were still under anesthetic! As usual the good doctor took the time to explain thoroughly what had happened and what I might look forward to in the future. My experience with the hygenist was highly successful. She was highly professtional and has excellent interpersonal skills.
While the cleaning went well and was completed in a timely manner, the post cleaning exam by the dentist came a full 20 minutes after the cleaning ended. It would be good if that exam could be completed in a more timely manner.
My hygienist was prepared for me. She was efficient, courteous, friendly, and explained the procedures she was about to do. She almost made me happy to come to the dental office!!
I had a good time while getting my teeth cleaned and drilled. Staff and Dr. L are are having a good time working so I hardly noticed the shots and drilling going on. Dr L has high standards of care, is current on new procedures, and is enthusiastic about his work. He would also like to be a painter, but probably should stick to dentistry for the time being.
I am one that hates the dentist, and I am not a pleasant patient, but Dr. L makes it quick and painless. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.
