When my father passed away we inhierted two rental houses. Trying to sell houses as-is in another state was daunting. Victor and Carolina made the entire process smooth and painless. They came in with a solid plan and we knew we were in good hands right away. They were always availble for our questions and concerns, answering our calls and texts promptly. They were on top of the market trends and knew exactly how to market the properties. They got us a lot more than we were expecting! I recommend them highly!
I had a good offer from Open Door but Victor and Carolina convinced me they can do better. They explained their marking strategies and informed me that my house was worth more than the Open Door offer. I decided to take my chance with them and am glad I did. I received several better offers very quickly and was able to sell my house very quickly with more money than Open Door offer.
