Cool ambience and great river views with delicious food and the best wine list by far from two aspects; the good selection and the unreal prices (Vic's sells the wines at their cost!). The food prices are also reasonable given the quality. Would highly recommend!
great in summertime Vic's offers a great seating option for summertime dining. It is located just off the Mississippi river in SE Minneapolis. On weekends, a band plays and is visible/audible from the outdoor seating. The food selection is very good (though a bit spendy). Drink selection is adequate and service is satisfactory.
Great date place! Vic's has delicious food with a gorgeous view. The menu is a little pricey, but the taste, service, and ambiance are definitely worth it!

Nice dining by the river – I took an out-of-town business colleague to Vic's for dinner on a lovely summer evening. Wanted to sit outside at an establishment that was more restaurant-like and less bar-food like. A dilemma is that our company expense budgets are so limited that it's harder and harder to find restaurants with better food that allow us to stay within budget. Vics worked for us.
