Vic used to be very reliable but that is no longer the case. I prepaid for services from Vic. I was looking to get a new hard drive for my computer with more space as programs were crashing due to lack of space. I paid in advance over $300. He told me he would call me when the hard drive came in and he never did. I have been put off by him on multiple occasions sighting personal matters but have never received the services or my money back. When I call he does not answer and does not return my calls.
