Amazing! The best service and technical results I have ever had and I have been going to nail salons for many years! I needed to get in and out quickly and they did my feet and hands at the same time to make that happen but I never felt rushed! I even got a 15 minute hand and foot massage and mail art! Highly recommend this salon!
MOre expensive, but very nice Every experience here has been good. The ladies are very nice. I was getting my oil changed one day and walked to the salon with my kids in the stroller, just to waist some time. I got a quick mani, but my kids started fussing a little. One of the ladies picked my youngest up and played with her. I felt as if I was imposing on them, but they were very nice. The only down size is the price. Great Service I've had very good experiences at Vic's. Although I only go for pedicures, I have not noticed rude behavior or loud talking. The owner is a little uptight, but given the area and the local clients, she probably needs to be extra careful...I witnessed a couple of complainers but they truly seemed like women who would complain about anything. Extra Rude & High Prices This place has some great techs but the customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. The owner & her sister are rather rude & noisy as sin might I add. Every English speaking person knows that when they start speaking in their language & laughing they are talking about you; especially when they begin to gather around you & laugh harder when you look at them in that “knowing” way. Great Service My girlfriend treated me to a mani/pedi for my birthday and we had a great time. The nail techs were very friendly and the pedicure chairs were extremely comfortable - the best I've been to in town. I really like the parrafin treatment with the manicure. Some place charge too much for this, but at Vic's it came with my service. I will definitely go back again.
my service was great! it was a friday night and i went in with my mom to get our manis and pedis done before a vacation and the technicians that took care of us did a very nice job they offer refreshments and they have really nice products such as the jelly pedicures we got done and they talked to us about solar nails that looked neat compared to other nails salon ive been to that isn't that advanced with their products and offers, there are some technicians who are probably just starting off looking at the reviews below but... read more
DON'T EVER GO TO THIS SALON I went in for an eye brow wax and specified that I only wanted the part underneath the brow and the middle waxed. I said it several times to the technician. She then waxed the top of my eye brows- runining them making them entirely too thin. She asked me if she should get someone else and they just kep saying she must have not understood. HORRIBLE SERVICE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! I went to Vic's to get a pedicure. The nail tech who worked on me did a terrible job. My toes look like a 1st grade child painted them. Then, I was left under the dryer and no one checked on my nails. After that, they charged my card twice, and as I was leaving, they accused me of not paying!! Good pedi's, but not so good mani's... I went to Vic's as a gift from my bridesmaids to "prep" me for my wedding. The service was very good. Pedicure was GREAT. Manicure left my nails painful for a couple days. This was my first time with acrylic nails and this seems to not be the norm. Other bridesmaids complained of the same painful experience and their nails coming before the week was out. My recommendation is for the awesome pedicures, but maybe somewhere else for the nails...
