Great store but when someone brings you a product to try and follows up with an email, the least you can do is reply. It speaks volumes.

Took my 14 yr old son here today for the first time for his birthday. I'm sure many visits to follow. This place is absolutely the best. We've visited dozens of drum shops, and nothing compares. Not only do they have just about everything, but also the staff couldn't be more inviting and helpful. Highly, highly recommend for the serious drummer.

If you're a drummer this is the place to be. Vic is the most knowledgeable guy I've meet, friendly guy who will hang up the phone to give you a private tour of the the place.
There is no drum shop like it, the selection, the people, the service, the level of perfection, the hospitality, the knowledge and expertise of each of the guys who serve you amd everything is done with a smile... Simply amazing shopping experience...
