The greatest! To say that Vic provides excellent customer service is an understatement. His personal touch goes way beyond expectation. Knowledgable, enthusiastic staff too.
What a great place! Awesome staff, Vook walked my family around the whole store. Vic took the time to take a photo with my son and gave him some great advice on practicing. Great products, atmosphere, staff, can't say enough! Highly, highly recommended. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could. Thanks!

Heaven on Earth for drummers: Vic's has EVERYTHING. Friendly, curtious and knowledgeable staff, personal store tours, and did I mention DRUMS, CYMBALS, HEADS, STICKS, DRUMS, DRUMS AND DRUMS?! Bought my new kit here and I will be sure to stop in every time I'm in Chicago. The combination of quality service, endless product availability and great prices means the drums can be beat, but Vic's Drum Shop can't!
