I sent my friend here and Vic charged her $50 to adjust 2 derailers. I’d been here before and the guy (not Vic) does good work. I sent her to get a back tire rebuilt, but Vic only adjusted her derailers, which Schellers does free, but Vic ripped her off. I tried messaging him and he said he worked on her bike “for hours” but she lives 30 minutes away and from home less 90 minutes, and said he waited in 14 people while adjusting her derailer. Very poor service and communication. Quite rude and nasty after he was paid and then unwilling to even discuss possible options to rectify problem. I won't deal with him again. THIS IS NOT A FAKE ACCOUNT and it is not a set-up. I spent my hard earned money with him in good faith and AM VERY DISSATISFIED with the condition of my bicycle (after repairs😒) and the way this ENTIRE INTERACTION has been MISHANDLED😡😡😡

I am truly sorry that you are not satisfied. Every time I spoke with you I was also waiting on several other customers. Most shops are on 2 week turnaround for repairs. You requested and received 3 day turnaround. Your tires were dry rotten and unsafe. Tires are in short supply and hard to get during this time. Do not recommend, did not fix the noise on bike. Was willing to drop off to have back tires rebuilt, told you wait. He kept stopping waited on 14 customers between tinkering with bike, but spent more time talking to people bringing bikes in and replaced a pedal on someone else’s, sold a bike rack, checked in other bikes, but did not fix the actual problem with mine. I stopped in to get my front brake readjusted and my rear tube replaced. I was in and out in five minutes, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. I will definitely be back for any future bicycle repair needs.
I am a tiny human and had a hard time finding a bike my size. Last fall I came across an 80s Trek that Vic was selling, and even though it was a little out of my budget, the included service for life made it well worth the purchase. Instantly fell in love, everything was smooth like butter. Recently, one of the wheels got stolen off said bike, and when I was unable to track it down, went back to Vic to have it replaced. i have called and come by Vic's multiple times before pulling the trigger--these are the kindest people and they have been great at guiding me to an appropriate bike. They didn't push me to purchase anything super expensive either--actually talked me into buying a lower priced bike because it fits my needs best. Love these folks. Will definitely be using them for all my biking needs!
