We have been with Vic’s since buying our house in 2021. We have an annual contract on both the house and a condo we own. We have had them do major things (whole house duct cleaning), replacement of major part in condo, and our twice a year regular service. 2 weeks ago we got home from a trip and the AC in my office was not working. I want to thank Vic's Air Conditioning for its prompt assistance during a recent air conditioning dilemma. In June, my neighbor heard a strange noise coming from my HVAC unit as I was on a journey home from a vacation. Even though, it was one of the hottest days of the years, when I called from the airport, Laura arranged to have a service technician examine my HVAC within an hour after I arrived home. Vic's did our A/C installation in 2020, and we are pleased with their responsiveness in servicing the system. Laura in the office is great, and has been very helpful (and patient!) in guiding us through some of the Trane app features and settings, as well as ensuring the technicians have all the information they need when they come for the service appt. We appreciate their professionalism and customer service!
