I did a walk-in here for a gel change and simple design. I walked in and they asked me to take a seat while I waited for the nail tech to finish lunch. She was nice. I explained what I wanted and asked her if she could do it, she said she could. She started removing my gel complaining about it difficult to remove. After an hour of using a gel remover and no acetone she finally removed my gel. She then did the manicure with cold water. I have been coming to Gloria for many years close 17 years! Basically have witness her expertise expand over the years allowing her to be as successful as she is today! She’s definitely my go to for any nail service I acquire. She’s creative and brings my nails to life every time! Compliments on my nails never fail! Buen diseño pero no procuraron cuidar la uña 3 uñas se me partieron por la mitad a la segunda semana Se me desgastó la uña y me causó mucho dolor Recomiendo que se enfoquen en el cuidado de la uña De esta manera no pienso Regresar
