I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I made it very clear multiple times — during the appointment call, before starting, and throughout the process — that I wanted acrylic powder nails, not gel. I even showed pictures and kept confirming it over and over again. Every single time, I was told “okay.” But once the nail tech started, she was using gel. I love this place, they do an excellent and amazing serviced. Tiffany make my hair beautiful she do a great color she is very professional and she know really well what she does, I really recommend this place
Love Vicki's Nails. They break out clean, sealed tools for every client, use liners in foot spas, take temperatures of every guest, and ask people to sanitize their hands. Highly recommend.
I requested highlights in my hair. I ended up with full color. I DIDN'T ask for color, I ask for highlights. I'm a bit disappointed. 01/17/26.
