We applied for a rental property and paid the application fee through the third party vendor and got approved. The arranged contract was erroneous and when asked for correction, the process delayed. When followed up via text, phone, and emails, and asked for clarification, we have been ignored. Without any qualified reason, she decided to decline our application entirely. We wouldn’t suggest her to do business with anyone.

My Wife and I worked with Vicky for ~6 months while navigating the insane Bay Area real-estate market. Vicky was very accommodating as we looked at different cities in the East Bay and regularly changed our minds about where we wanted to end up.
