Most disappointed experience ever, unprofessional and untrustworthy. We had an appointment with Vicky on 11/10 at 1pm. 12:30pm-we texted to remind her 1:30pm-no show, we called, she said she forgot, then we rescheduled to 11/14 2pm. 11/14: 1:30pm-we texted to remind her. 2pm-no show, we called, she said she’ll be here in 15mins. 3pm-no show, no call, no text, she just disappeared. 11/15: No call or explanation whatsoever why stood us up, seriously if you can’t make it just say so, why wasting people’s time?
Thank Vicky and the cleaning team for the great service! There are usually three wonderful ladies doing a terrific job cleaning my house (both my previous and current ones). They made my living space look like new every time after the cleaning ! Vicky was recommended by a neighbor in my previous residence. I recommended Vicky's service to another friend, and he loves it as well! The cleaning team all wear masks during COVID-19. Highly recommended :)
I have had many cleaning over the years but none as good as Vicky and Sebastian.They are the absolute best!!!
Really impressed with the cleaning service I received from this agency. We had Jhon and Steve and they were so through and efficient. I had high expectations and I was prepared to be disappointed, but I was wrong! They were excellent in every aspect. I would use this service again and thank you to Jhon and Steve !
My mom is the most professional/ethical house keeper in the world. With my mom you don't have to worry whether your things will get stolen or if someone will talk in a rude manner. She offers Free House Estimates and prefers if you call to schedule a day she can go see your house and give you a price. Dont take my word for it try it out and see it for yourself.
