Took car up to ask about a part. Was told they would check it. They charged $137.00 to tell me the part was bad. I knew that I wanted to know if they had the part. They said they could fix for $600.00. Part is $40.00 and it takes ten minutes to install in the glove box! They didn’t inform me of the $137.00 charge to see if they had the part. Salesman 👍 Manager A1 jerk. Not sure if he treats all customers this way or just the white ones. Couldn’t be bothered to get off his Bluetooth earbud. Very unprofessional. Salesman Kasey was professional and helpful. No telling the sales his manager has cost him and other salespeople. Went down the street to a small used car dealership. 40k less miles and more features and warranty offered at the same price. Not a note in big red underlined letters “as is”. Very put off by the dealership as a whole.
