Terrible service and Incompetent management. I brought my 14th-gen F-150 with a 10R80 transmission and under 32,000 miles to the dealership for a transmission fluid change. 5 miles after leaving, I started noticing rough shifting, slipping between gears, and smoke. I also saw fluid leaking underneath the truck. When I took it back, the service advisor told me their flush machine had overfilled the transmission and that the smoke and fluid were just excess coming out of the vent tube.
