The neighborhood is nice but, there’s never management around everyone they hire quits. So a lot of maintenance requests go months at a time without anyone coming to fix things, and by the time someone does come it’s already been fixed by another company. People can’t go days without hot water, or toilets being stopped up, dryers and washers breaking down. I could go on and on but there absolutely has to be a change that has to happen. The new manager seems to be a bit rude The communication isn’t the best. Also, if there are any mistakes with the payment during section 8, they will immediately evict you.
