Vickie was great. She helped identify the things that were outdated and help with picking out the colors and items. She made some good choices with out dated kitchen. The shiplat totally changed the looks of the kitchen and it was affordable. Her website was great. The house was empty, but her virtually staging of the house was great. Awesome Agent! I met Vickie at an Open House while trying to find a property in Owensboro. Immediately I knew that she was the right agent for me. I went with Vickie Ballard twice. My first home, I purchased in 2021 with her, and she made everything extremely easy. She was extremely professional, was very helpful, and also made it very, very easy with all the documentation, the inspection process, etc. We made the decision to get her again in 2025.
